- Cancellation & Refund.
(a) Cancellation of Event Registration or Refund Request. Unless otherwise stated in the FAQs for the respective events organised by us, we do not accept any request for cancellation of registration or a refund for any reason save and except for our event cancellation or postponement. However, you may make a request to transfer your registration to your replacement nominee (not later than 7 working days before any event organised by us) by sending us an email to reg@cic-consultancy.com. We will then facilitate the registration of your replacement nominee.
(b) Refund due to Event Cancellation by Organiser. If an event is cancelled by us, we will arrange for a full refund of your registration fee to you via your selected payment method on our website (i.e. refund to the original payment method) or bank transfer within 14 working days from our event cancellation.
(c) Refund due to Event Postponement by Organiser. If an event is postponed by us and you are not able to attend the same, you may within 7 working days from our event postponement notification, (i) Make a request to transfer your registration to your replacement nominee or (ii) Make a request for full refund of your registration fee to you via your selected payment method on our website (i.e. refund to the original payment method). - Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
